As Sussex' leading delicatessen, we take pride in searching out the best products Sussex has to offer. We currently stock a range of Sussex cheese, Sussex Hams, local hand-made chocolates and wine and beer.
Customers increasingly like to offer Sussex produce as gifts - so gift or picnic hampers and baskets can be made up to include any of our local products.

Sussex Cheese – the quantity and quality of British cheese produced has grown markedly in recent years with Sussex dairies particularly prominent in this movement. At Corbins delicatessen we stock cheese from four local dairies – High Weald Dairy, Golden Cross Farm, Bestbier Cheese and The Traditional Cheese company. This provides us with an excellent cross-section of high quality cheese taking in cow’s, goat’s and ewe’s milk varieties and all textures from soft through washed rind to hard.
Sussex Ham – At Corbins delicatessen we stock free-range hams exclusively cured close by the Sussex coast. Our hams are cured in the traditional manner without the addition of water as a bulking agent as is the case with the majority of mass-produced hams. Our hams are available as traditional gammons or alternatively in smoked or honey roast options.
Sussex Chocolates – Corbins delicatessen stocks a wide range of handmade chocolates and truffles produced close by in the beautiful Ashdown Forest. Whilst we are probably the closest stockist to their place of manufacture, their quality is such that they are stocked in a number of very well known, exclusive London outlets! We are able to supply in a wide range of box sizes and styles from single chocolates for wedding favours up to 1kg ballotins for a truly indulgent gift!
Sussex Wine and Beer – With warm summers and chalky soils Sussex lends itself to vine growing and hence wine production. At Corbins delicatessen we stock wine from Carr Taylor, Breaky Bottom, Limney, Gospel Green and Fernhurst vineyards, a range that encompasses still and sparkling whites, rose, a rare sparkling red and a truly wondrous bottle fermented cyder.
When it comes to real ales it is hard to beat the award winning products from the Harveys brewery in Lewes, an independent family concern that has been brewing for over 200 years, hence a wide range of their products will be found on our shelves.
