Delivery Information

We regret that delivery to customers overseas cannot be arranged by us.

We are happy, however, to pack goods for overseas despatch for customers who call in to the shop and can make their own postal arrangements.

All deliveries up to 1.5kg cost £8.00.

All deliveries over 1.5kg to 10kg cost £13.00.

50p per additional kilo thereafter

Many of our products are sold by weight i.e. cheese, ham and sides of smoked salmon. Whilst every effort is made to match your requirements with the weight cut or packed, because we are dealing with natural products, this is not always possible. As a result, the quoted delivery charge may not always be accurate. In appropriate cases, we will contact you to advise of any additional charge that will be debited from your card.

Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are not covered by the above charges. Customers wishing to send parcels to these destinations should telephone us for the charges.

All deliveries are by overnight courier to addresses within the United Kingdom except some parts of Northern Scotland where delivery can take 48 hours.

Orders will take three working days to process. All orders are delivered by overnight courier to arrive on the day specified which can be any Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday only. There are no deliveries on Bank Holidays.

Please ensure that someone will be present at the delivery address on the specified date as a signature is required upon delivery. If no signature is obtained, a card will be left by the courier asking you to contact the depot that has your package. You will then be required to either provide an alternative day for delivery, or arrange to collect the package from the depot.

If you would like a quicker turnaround time then your order must be placed by telephone whereupon a member of our staff will inform you of the earliest possible despatch day.
